John J. Lawler, a resident of Central New Jersey, first entered the real estate and construction business as a young adult with his father’s family business. He was primarily involved in real estate preparation work and fine interior painting. Throughout his years of experience in this field, his father instilled in him the value of personal service, quality workmanship, attention to detail and to always do the next right thing. John saw and learned the process as he grew older, sparking the idea of wanting to be further involved in helping his clients achieve their objectives.
John founded his own general contracting company in 2014, with the goal of trying to help his local community realize their plans to either beautify their existing homes, or to prepare them for resale and find the home of their dreams.

Understanding the close link between the real estate and home improvement industries, John realized that the final logical step would be to take his years of knowledge and experience in home improvements into a real estate career. The basic elements of a strong work ethic, personal attention to client’s needs and objectives, along with and understanding of the larger picture translates well from home improvements to real estate. Becoming, indeed, a complete “Home Improvement Network”, John is now able to guide clients through the complex maze of preparing homes to resell at maximum value, finding the new home that meets their expectations, and making the complex process more approachable.
