Michael is the Founder and Team Leader of the Michael Martinetti Group. First licensed in December 2016, in just 4 short years he has achieved unparalleled success among Realtors not only locally, but nationwide reaching #1 in Union, top 1% in Union County, and top 1% in the state of New Jersey.
Michael started his career as a teacher of health and physical education, including teaching children with behavioral disorders. For five years, spending time with children and their families, many living in underprivileged neighborhoods and struggling to achieve, taught Michael the compassion and skills needed to communicate and relate to people from all walks of life and diverse cultures, to form genuine and supportive connections.
Intrigued by the real estate world, Michael bought his first investment property in 2014 at only 24 yrs old. Shortly after he secured his NJ RE License in 2016 and within the next 4years proceeded to build a portfolio of investment properties, and buy and renovate personal homes for his family including his parents and grandparents, gaining a wealth of experience along the way! In addition he has represented over 100 clients a year personally in achieving their real estate needs.
In January of 2018 Michael founded the Michael Martinetti Group to bring together a top team of agents and support staff to ensure that anyone looking to sell or buy real estate has the best resources and network available to them. Michael has proved the dream of owning and investing in real estate is accessible to everyone and he makes it his mission to bring that knowledge and experience to every client he meets.
In addition to his passion for real estate, Michael believes in investing in our communities and giving back. He coaches boys / girls baseball and basketball in local areas, and has participated in many fundraisers in Newark, and surrounding communities. Building a charitable arm of the Michael Martinetti Group is of utmost importance to Michael and the team as the business grows.
Michael & his family all call Union County home and wouldn’t think of living anywhere else.
